Murano Decor Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary company of Roman Decor group of companies. The group is currently having manufacturing plants in Kluang, Johor and Klang, Selangor. The company was established in April 2000 and commenced commercial operation in November 2000.

　　The factory is equipped with fully automated imported machinery from Italy with advanced and state of the art facilities to offer decorative products at a comprehensive line of fashion, colours, textures and finishes.

　　The company embarked on exclusive customized designs to suit each customer needs. Quality, reliability, excellent service, unique designs, versatility and constant attention to new trends and market needs are our prime premises of success.

　　Currently, we are the only independent decorative tiles producer in Malaysia that is able to supply decorative tiles to the local reputable base tiles manufacturers on OEM basis. They are Guocera Tile Industries Sdn Bhd, Kim Hin Bhd, Malaysia Mosaic Berhad, Johan Ceramics Berhad and Niro Ceramics (M) Sdn Bhd.

　　Through these OEM partners, our products are exported world wide to countries such as America, Canada, Europe, Australia, Japan and Asean countries.

　　We also export directly to countries like Singapore (mainly to Singapore Housing Development Board [HDB]), Vietnam (in collaboration with a base tile producer), Sri Langka (in collaboration with a base tiles producer) and Brunei (through distributors).

　　Within the years of 2004 and 2006, our company had injected RM4 million investments to purchase new equipment for the production of wider ranges of high-end decorative tiles. The new equipments that we have invested are:-

　　9.One full set of Italian brand automatic printing line & finishing kiln

　　10.Full set of silkscreen lab equipment

　　With the above investment, we are capable of producing most of the high-end products such as polished listello, sand-blasting decorative tiles, glass listello, crystal glass mosaic, glass tiles, tumbled rustic mosaic, water jet form design and etc.

　　In year 2004, in order to further improve our design development and narrow our gaps with Italian trends, we have entered into an agreement with Studio Emme S.r.l. to have the transfer of design and technology know how to us. With this collaboration, we are the 1st decorative tiles manufacturer in Asean to be able to produce Italian latest decorative tiles which match the Italian standard.
